I will be an instructor at two CLE By the Hour seminars run by the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in Birmingham, in December. On December 20, I will do a presentation titled “Techniques for Persuasive Brief Writing,” and on December 28, I will do a presentation titled, “Strorytelling as a Brief Writing Technique.” These should be fun and enlightening hour-long presentations.
