Thanks, Rhonda. It’s much more of an accomplishment if this blog can get voted onto the Blawg 100. But it requires a nomination and then voting. I think they start accepting nominations and voting late in the year, so maybe this will be deemed worthy by then. I’m hoping readership picks up by getting listed on the Blawg Directory. I know that when I first started writing appellate briefs, I wish I would have had something like this blog to go to for tips.
